Labor law is universally applicable. Even the RWA has to mandatory follow it. So the appointments cannot be made in violation of labor laws.

A.No, that's not possible. The RWA has to follow the laws and rules of Labour law and you must consult a good Labour and Employment lawyer from your city to ensure that you follow them properly.
