"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while therewere four posts of TSP area and there was no reservation for any female candidate for grant of one post to female in the TSP area out of four posts and further only result of three persons has been declared on 9th February, 2019. Learned counsel submits that he has obtained information under the RTI that there was no reservation meant for woman candidates. The petitioner’s namewas placed in the reserved list at No.1 although he should have been in the main list and offered appointment. Issue notice of the writ petition as well as the stay application, returnable within four weeks. In the meanwhile, one post shall be kept reserved for general male in TSP area for the post of Jail Warder." What does mean of this order?
The orders are in favor of petitioner that is who filed the writ petition. Discuss on phone for more clarifications.
Firstly, the Court has issued a notice to the opposing party that a writ petition has been filed against them, so that they can give a reply to averments made in the petition to the court. Secondly, the result declared has been stayed by the Court. Thirdly, a post has been kept reserved for the general male for the time being subject to the court's orders in the future.

The result which was declared on 9th Feb, 2019 is stayed by the HC as no appointments can be based on that result until the final verdict of the court. The notice of writ petition would be issued to the opposing party in the case by the HC. Out of 4 post of TSP, 1 post is reserved for the general male applicant for the time being.
