Agriculture matter debt waiver

The Maharashtra state government introduced the 2017 Sally cmsmssy scheme in which farmers were given a debt waiver of Rs 150,000. I was eligible for this scheme but my name is in the GREE list. But your government portal has assumed my amount three times and I have been deprived of the scheme. If we go to the bank, it is said that it is the fault of the GOVERMENT. If we go to the GOVERMENT, it is said that it is the fault of the bank. What can I do by law

A.Hi,
You can file a writ of mandamus before the High Court by directly approaching it under Article 226 of the Constitution since there is no intelligible differentia in denying you the scheme despite the fact that you are eligible.

A.Hi,
There might have been a mistake made by the administrative body. You can file a suit for administrative redundancies before the administrative tribunal or directly approach the High Court under Art.226 and file writ accordingly.

A.Since it is govt. scheme hence you have a very good case to file a writ petition in High Court against the Government and the Bank. Hire a good Lawyer from Mumbai and file a case and get the relief fast.
