Sir I want to open a coffee cafe with private cabins for couples but the police officers in our city do unnecessary raids what can i do for run a shop without fear of raid and is it legal to open a cafe with private coverd cabin
A.See you can open cafe like that and the public authorities will perform its duties of checking and supervision. Any thing like your cafe is not illegal per se but remember an act of Public Display of Affection (PDA) in India is yet not accepted morally and ethically and hence lot of youngsters gets harassed by the police although it is not illegal. Bu the problem is there is no clear cut line which puts a mark between PDA and obscene.
So, you need to be careful as your business model is going to attract the eyes of youngsters and wrath of oldies and law enforcing agencies. You will have to balance between the two. Play the magic wand. BUT REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING WHICH IS ILLEGAL

You can do that. You can have private cabin space in your cafe, it is not illegal. But illegal acts in the private space will attract police action.

A.Kindly let us know which city are you planning to open the coffee cafe with private cabins for couples. If you want to avoid unnecessary raids by the police install the cctv cameras in the premises.

A.As such your work is not illegal but the police us bound to perform its duty. If you are clean then what is the issue if police check the premises? There is nothing wrong on part of police.
