My husband is not allowing me to enter into my house ...i came to look after my father who underwent bypass surgery in April 2021 and after surgery both parents suffero from covid 19. Now when both parents have recovered 70 to 80% i went back to my house after 35 days , my husband pushed me away and not allowing me to enter into my house.

A.You can report it to the Protection Officer under the Domestic Violence Act and get the the relief as per the Order from the Magistrate under Section 12 of the Act to stay in the house.

A.your husband can't restrict you to enter in to house you can approach the nearest police station and also can approach CAW Cell for domestic violence and u may go to court under DV Act

A.Hi..you need to file a case under section 9 of Hindu marriage act, under which court will allow your case and order your husband to take you back. Afterwards if you face any kind of harrasment or ill-treatment then you can proceed accordingly. Right now only case of section 9 will prevail

A.Hi,
File a police complaint against the husband in the nearest police station. Your husband cannot stop you from entering your matrimonial house. It is your legal right to reside in the matrimonial house. You can instigate a domestic violence against your husband and seek maintenance and compensation from him.

A.Hi,
You have right to reside in the matrimonial house, and your husband cannot deny the entry. Please file a complaint with the nearest police station, they will help you out. You can also initiate a domestic violence case against the husband and claim maintenance till such time you are not able to enter the matrimonial house.

A.Aap ko police me complaint karni chahiye. Vah aap ko jabardasti ghar se nhi nikal sakta. Yadi aap ko koi help police nhi karti hai. Phir aap ko domestic violence ke antargat case file karna hoga usme aap ko ghar me rahne ke aadesh mil jainge.

A.Your husband cannot stop you from entering and living in matrimonial house. Report the matter to police and if your husband neglect you then claim maintenance and residence which your husband is bound to provide if you donot have sufficient income.
