I have posted a genuine negative feedback on google against my employer. He has filed defamation case and send me legal notice. What should I do ?
A.The feedback may be positive or negative, it does not matter. It is an open platform to give your reviews. Now since a legal notice is sent to you you will have to send a reply to the legal notice through a good lawyer who can also defend your defamation case.

Hire an advocate to give a reply to the legal notice sent to you. If the comments are genuine and based on your personal experience, it would not attract the provisions of defamation.

A.Hi,
The feedback was genuine or not is for the court to decide. You should engage a lawyer who fill defend you. First, foremost send a reply notice to the legal notice you have received by engaging a good lawyer. As such genuine experience and feedback is not under the ambit of defamation.

A.Feedback itself can be negative or positive in nature.Such feedbacks cannot be counted for defamation as there was no intention to defame but to genuinely give a review. Now that he has filed a defamation case and a legal notice, you should find a good lawyer who can defend your case.

A.First you need to get the feedback vetted by a legal expert who after perusing the content and correlating with the explanation of yours can either suggest you to offer an unconditional apology and withdraw the feedback or can equally shoot off a terse reply to that notice on your behalf. It is important that you should appoint a professionally sound practitioner for this case since the stakes can be high in this affair.
