Kindly give helpful advise on the following:
1)CAN WE TRANSFORM CASTE STATUS OF ONE STATE 'X' TO OTHER STATE 'Y', AND GET A CASTE CERTIFICATE ISSUED FROM STATE 'Y' (after obtaining domicile ) ,EQUIVALENT IN TERMS OF ANCESTRAL PROFESSION OF THE CASTE OF STATE 'X'.
2)ON THE OCCASSION OF MARRIAGE, IF A GIFT CHEQUE IS GIVEN BY FATHER OF BRIDE, LATER ON AFTER ENCASHMENT IF THEY ALLEGES OF HAVING TAKEN DOWRY, WHAT ARE VARIOUS OPTIONS OF DEFENCE.
