In sc st and bc women posts are 80% unfilled
In the same category (male) general candidates are available and age bar position in such case any suitable provision in horizontal reservation system...?
A.You need to ask this to the department directly if they don't respond then file RTI.

A.Hi,
The horizontal quota is not a manifestation of across the board application. It shall only be applicable to women and in addition only to the women of SC category. Therefore, the male candidates shall not come into purview.

A.Hi,
The horizontal quota is applied separately to each vertical category and not across the board. For example, if women have 50% horizontal quota, then half of the selected candidates will have to necessarily be women in each vertical quota.
