We got High court stay though he is harassing and creating family problems

One guy made a false case on 2019 we got High Court Stay and for same place he made one more false case had counter FIR both now he is creating lot of problems at my village also creating fighting /problem's with Family members and making a lot of disturbance collecting with some rowdy gang ..How to take legal action
A.You speak to your current lawyer and consult with him and find a way to file a contempt of case case against them somehow telling that the opposite party is not following the stay order.

A.Hi,
The other party is causing harassment and nuisance to you. You can lodge a complaint with the police against such conduct of the opposing party. You can also approach the High Court to quash the criminal case against you.

A.Hi,
Please report a complaint against such person with the nearest police station for harassing and creating nuisance. You can also approach the high court to get the enitre criminal proceedings quashed as you were able to successfully obtain a stay order.
