rejection of a plaint rejection of a plaint

hi we are from the defendant side actually the plaintiff filed a plaint regarding a land dispute but in the first hearing, the plaintiff filed the plaint without any proof of the land or any sale deed. when questioned they said that they will now show the documents in the second hearing we as defendant do not want to give them a second chance and want the court to cancel their plaint so is it possible under order 7 rule 11 or not and if not what else we can do and if yes what should we do?

A.Non production of documents itself is no ground for rejection of plaint. However it may be a defence for you.
If they does not produce document than its in your favour and if you need documents than file an application for production of documents
