CBSE class 12th 2020-21 board exam result evaluation criteria CBSE class 12th 2020-21 board exam result evaluation criteria

According to CBSE for preparing result of class 12 40% weightage should be given to class 12 either preboards or internal unit tests and half yearly marks. My school has not conducted any unit tests and half yearly exam so if my school considers preboard exam marks for evaluation can I take legal action against it? Hoping for your valuable answer.

A.Hi,
Yes, you have the right to make a legal complaint against the school for failing to perform the required examinations; but, considering the current scenario and the school's financial status, the administration may decide to conduct exams now. I recommend that you speak with your school administration about the procedures they will use to assure correct marking before taking legal action.
Thank you.

A.Hi,
Yes you can file a legal complaint against the school because of their failure to not conduct the required exams, however, given the present situation and the financial condition of the school, the administration may wish to conduct exams at the present time. I would advise you to visit your school administration and enquire about the process they would follow to ensure proper marking of their students and then plan on taking legal action.
Thank you. Kindly rate the answer.

A.If your school has not conducted Unit Tests or half yearly or not even even pre board then yo may go legal against them but looking at the current covid scenario i think the courts might be little liberal towards schools so, when you file a case your grounds for filing the case and your relief that you wish to have must be very cogent and clear otherwise case might not hold water in the court of law.
