University Diesel power generator in front of our house suffocating house

there is a university in front of our house , they kept diesel power generator just in-front of our house, its size is almost like elephant.
which is suffocating full house, after complaining the govt engineer didn't took any action. what to do ?

A.Hi,
You can bring a nuisance lawsuit. Another alternative is to file an action in the national green tribunal or a PIL in the High Court if the fumes are affecting the environment and a large number of people.

A.Aap jile ke superior officer se with application contact kare.
Yadi vah generator school ki sima se bahar rakha hai. Vah illegal hai. Uske liye aap nusense ke anusar court me bhi case file kare sakte ho.

A.File a writ petition in the high court to this removed in the High Court. This is insane. How could they do this and how did the engineer allow this to happen. Hire a good civil lawyer who can file a writ petition in the High Court and get the relief.
