A.Hi,
Please give all relevant information related to the accident and your company policies for a thorough review. An injury suffered by an employee on the job must be covered by the employer in accordance with the company's policy and you should send them a formal email demanding a compensation amount, then, send a legal notice. If the employer still does not comply then it is evident that you have a legal right to be compensated by your employer, and you can therefore pursue this through a lawsuit.

A.Hi,
Injury sustained by an employee on the workplace will have to be covered by the employer in accordance with the company policies in place. Please provide the necessary details for further evaluation. You do not have to worry since it is clear that you have a legal right to be compensated by your employer and for this you can file a lawsuit to get a remedy.

A.If you have been suffering from stroke due to the the accident which occurred during the employment (filed operation) assuming that you were working for PSU ( as you have not mentioned) you are supposed to get medical aid from the employer. If they do not do so then file case against them and also check the policies related to workmen compensation related to your department.
