I/We are the allottee(s)/applicants(s) of the Unit No. 702-A (SOCIETY-1) on Floor Seventh, vide Registered Agreement/ Allotment Letter/ Application Form entered into with Riverview Properties Pvt. Ltd. in the said project.

I/We are aware that we can check plans, documents and information in respect of the said project as available on the official portal of Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority. I/We have been informed vide a letter dated 15/05/2018 (“said letter”) that the current promoters wish to transfer their rights and liabilities in the ongoing said Project to the “Incoming Promoters” Mahalunge Land Developers LLP & NNP Buildcon LLP, entities of the Solitaire & VTP group respectively or any of their affiliated entities and in the said letter, the Incoming Promoters have undertaken to abide by RERA Act and timelines in the completion of the Said Project.

I/We hereby grant my/our consent for Riverview Properties Private Limited to transfer all its rights and liabilities in the said ongoing Project in which our unit is located, to the Incoming Promoters. “RERA Act”.

This authorisation form marks my/our unconditional consent for the Incoming Promoters to carry forward the development of the said project in accordance with the RERA Act and the Flat Purchase Agreement/Allotment Letter/Application Form executed with me/us (“Agreement”).

We understand that after the requisite consent for transfer in favour of the Incoming Promoters has been received by them from the Unit holders in the said Project, it will be the responsibility of the Incoming Promoters to comply with all the applicable RERA Guidelines and Regulations applicable to the said Project and any recourse available to us, for any violation of the RERA Act by the Incoming Promoters, shall solely lie against them as the new promoters of the said Project.

Can i sign this document as, they are asking to sing unconditionally and the last para didnt capture as per the agreement as well.

A.Before signing such document, an agreement between you, old and new devloper must be signed where whatever terms and conditions has been mentioned in the previous devlopment agreement must be abided by the new devloper. or you can cancel the previous devlopment agreement and then enter into new devlopment agreement with the new devloper. I would advise you not sign any unconditional consent first you need to check that how the new devloper is planning to approach the construction.
