(iv) Do I need to apply for contempt of court ( u/s 11 or 12 ?) w.r.t u/s 29 (appeal in DV act) in District sessions court.
(v) Do I need to apply for contempt of court,1971 act in High court ( u/s 11 or 12 ?) of Contempt of court.

A.Aap us court me application parastut kare jis court ke dawara order pass kiya hai. Contempt bhi usi court me file karni hogi jis court dawara order kiya hai.
Vaise aap ek application order ki copy ke sath SSP ko bhi de sakte hai. SSP sahab court dawar parit order ka palan karane ke liye sambandhit police station ko aadesh kar sakte hai ki court ka aadesh ka palan turant karaye.
