A.Hello
As you have got your marriage registered, you and your partner are husband and wife now. In the eyes of law you would be considered as Husband and wife. So in order to cancel your marriage you'll have to do it by divorce. You could file a suit for divorce.
Thanks

A.Hello
The marriage is still a valid marriage as you have got it registered. To get seperate from your spouse you could file for annulment of marriage.
Thanks

A.No its is not possible. Since you have completed the marriage registration process and have got the certificate issued then there is no provision to get the certificate cancelled and the only way to get the marriage annulled is to file a divorce case and get it dissolved through the court.
