A.If you have a genuine reason for not paying the loan you could contact the bank and ask for relaxation.
So that bank could extend the time period.

A.Hello
You'll have to pay loan otherwise bank would filr a suit against you. If you facing financial problems because of loss or something you could contact the bank and try to negotiate the loan amount or to give you a Emi free period or reducing you emi. Bank are willing to negotiate in such cases to get something out of nothing.
Thanks

A.Hi
If you are unable to pay loan the bank will file a civil suit against you for default in loan. But if you have a genuine reason for not paying the loan you could contact the bank and ask for relaxation. The bank could provide you with relaxation like reducing the emi, allow emi free period, reducing loam amount to be return back. So try to pay the loan otherwise the bank would file a suit against you.
Thanks.

A.Aap apne ko court se insolvent declare karaye. Yadi court dawara aap ko insolvent declaration ho gya tab aap ko koi loan nhi dena padega.
But iske liye aap ko advocate appoint karna hoga or kanoon ke anusar jo conditions di gai hai unko apply karna hoga. Yadi apply nhi kiya jaata tab aap insolvent declaration nhi ho sakta.
