Can a family member certificate issued in pondicherry without verification be cancelled?

Can a person not living with us be included in family member certificate?
A.Hi,
A person not living with you can be included in the family but not without proper identification technicalities. Secondly, it may also happen that you would have to visit the registrar's office to get the certificate cleared.

A.Hi,
It is not for any valid certificate to be rejected if every ground has been adhered to while following the norms. If there has been any issue with your certificate, then you may consult your local municipal body immediately.
