In my case the date is increasing from date to 7 months there is no reply by the respondent has the defendant lost the right to reply if the matter is to be settled how to do if the respondent presents any claim if not doing?

A.Hi,
You may either seek an ex parte order because the other party isn't there, or you can try to talk to them and settle the disagreement peacefully.

A.Hi,
You can either get an ex parte order because of the non-presence of the other party or try to talk to the other party and try to settle the dispute amicably.

A.Request the Court to pass an exparte decree in your matter due to no reply from opposite side for such long time. Thank you.

A.Defendant apna koi jabab nhi deta hai to uska jabab dene ka avshar court samapt kar degi. Court case ko expartee decided kar degi.
