What are the right to privacy related to Covid 19

Sir or madam Please clear my doubt. 1.Covid Vaccination is coming under the right to privacy or not. Because people in anywhere india they follow various types of medical methods like ayurvedic , siddah, unani, homeopathy , allopathy etc... For their comfort. I think Compulsion on covid 19 vaccination is dump/ imposition against the above mentioned people... Government can make awareness but no intervent anybody choice. 2.So any option available to writ petition against compulsory vaccination?

A.Hi,
The government and the Department of Health are working to improve things. Only in rare circumstances, such as when a person must travel to another state or pass a border, is mandatory vaccination needed. You have the right to life and personal liberty under the constitution, thus you can approach the Hon'ble HC with your question about mandatory vaccination.

The government and the health department are acting for the betterment. Compulsory vaccination is required only in certain cases where a person is required to travel to some other state or cross borders. Definitely, the constitution grants you the right to life and personal liberty, so you can approach the Hon'ble HC with your question on compulsory vaccination.
