How to get my daughter back home who married without our consent?

My daughter gets married with a person who I believe cannot keep properly lifelong, As she did it with her own without informing at home. Now I want to bring her back, what can I do? Are there any Human Rights to bring my daughter back?

A.Hi,
There is virtually little you can do to get your daughter back if she is beyond the age of 18 and has married of her own free decision. Furthermore, a legitimate marriage is one in which saptapadi and all other essential rites were conducted during the marriage. Your only option is to inform your daughter of your viewpoints and let her to make her own decision.

If your daughter is above the age of 18 and has married of her own free will then there is very little you can do to bring your daughter back. furthermore, if saptapadi and all the required ceremonies were performed during marriage then it is a valid marriage. The only course you have is to let your daughter know of your opinions and let her chose for herself.

A.If daughter is major and have attained age of 18 years then she is free to marry any person of her choice and in that case you donot have any say. It is your daughter's human right. In given case your no human right is involved.

A.Aap ki beti major hai. Tab aap uski marji ke bina kuch nhi kar sakte. Kyon ki kanoon use aisa karne ki anumati deta hai ki vah apni marji se shadi kare.
But yadi vah appni shadi se khush nhi hai. Or vah aapse contact karti hai. Ki uski shadi jabardasti uski marji se ki gai hai. Tab aap ki ladki shadi ko challenge kar sakti hai. Or divorce ke liye bhi jaa sakti hai. If you satisfied my answer please rate.

If they are major and have married with their consent then legally there is nothing that you can do to to bring her home or force her to come home under any law. You can talk to her her and cajole her to come back home but even then their marriage holds good which can be dissolved only through the process of divorce.
