How to request for refund from Meesho
I had placed an order on 26 May 2021. I asked for refund and product was returned on 1 June 2021. The refund was supposed to be initiated within 5-8 working days. Today is 20 of June and refund is still not credited to my bank account. What action can be taken ?
Important points: 1. Prepaid payment was done
2. Meesho App

A.Get in touch with the Customer Care Dept. or check if they have any escalation matrix and accordingly approach the Company. If they still fail to refund, issue a legal notice on them claiming refund along with interest and also cost of the legal notice.

A.Hi,
You can try contacting the customer service department and the refund system again; if they do not answer, you can go to your local bank and explain your situation. If they refuse to assist you, you can seek legal counsel and have a legal notice sent to the organization, or even file a lawsuit for misappropriation.
Thank you very much. Please give the answer a rating.

A.Hi,
You can try and reach the customer care service and the refund system one more time, if they are not responding then you can visit the nearest bank and tell them the problem you are facing. If they do not help you can take the legal recourse and ask the lawyers to send a legal notice to the organisation or even file a complaint for misappropriation.
Thank you. Kindly rate the answer.

A.Aap unse sampark kare or unse kahe ki money return nhi hua hai. Yadi aap ko satisfied nhi kar paate tab aap legal notice bheje. Notice ke baad bhi agar samadhan nhi ho pata hai. Tab aap court ko jaa sakte hai.

A.You can send them a legal notice and even after that if they don;t pay then file a consumer case against them.
Keep all the receipts and mail communications handy for future action against them.
