Credit card demand legal notice

I have received a demand leagl notice for non payment of credit card. I am very TENSED as they are calling me many times and saying if I don't pay them full in few days then they will ask me to come to court and even police might come to my house. Please help me. I was paying them but from last two years i left my job and I don't do so much income to pay them in few days. Please help me wht should I do. If I dont pay them in the few days they will sue me.

Hello
You'll have to pay your credit card bills otherwise they have right to initiate legal proceedings against you. Better option you have is to contact the service provider as tell them regarding your situation they might agree on a lower amount payble for credit bills. Other option you have is to sort this thing out through alternate dispute resolution process.

Paying your credit card bills is your liability and you cannot deny that. Contact the bank who provided you credit card and try to sort it out. You could negotiate with them the amount if you are unable to pay, they are ready to take anything instead of nothing.

Try to talk to them and get it resolved amicably. You have taken credit card from them and you need to pay them back that's your liability and responsibility. Sort it out.
