My parents have an RD in Sahara India whose maturity date was in 2020 but when ever we go to claim our money they give the excuse that they dont have money please advice what should i do
A.See the Sahara group case is already in the court and SEBI itself is one of the party who is fighting for the cause of the investors like you so that you can get your money back. As long as the case is going on you will have to wait and watch.

A.Hi,
Sahara has filed a contempt petition in Supreme Court against regulator SEBI. Sahara has moved the Supreme Court and claimed that SEBI seeking a Rs 62,000 crore deposit from it is a clear case of contempt of court and to cause public outrage against Sahara. And until the case is resolved, no investor is getting their money back.

The management of the fund cannot provide you with the money since the Sahara India case is still pending before the SC. Perhaps, after the case is resolved, you can get your money back.
