Hello sir
I am a top consultant in hospital working in Kollam district
As you know regarding my previous question that I was not paid salary for the past 3 months but I am still working without salary
Now my only question is to resign since for the past three months I have not been paid any salary
I want you to help me to draft my resignation letter so that I could quit the place and to give a legal notice only as last option
In the contract they have asked for 45 days notice since I have not been paid for the past three months should I work for 45 days before quitting
Request you to draft a resignation letter
Mr.Sanal from Kerala had already spoken to me but I could not explain to him in detail over the phone
Awaiting a response
Yours
Dr S Ravikanth

A.Hi,
There are numerous legal intricacies that must be included in a resignation letter, but please ensure that you are resigning of your own free choice and not due to compulsion, since cutting off your income might be considered an unfair practise. Make an attempt to contact HR before making a choice.
Thank you very much.

A.Hi,
There are several legal nuances that are required in a resignation letter, but before you resign kindly ensure that it is out of your own free will and not coercion, cutting off salary can be stated as a form of unfair practice. Try approaching HR and then make a decision.
Thank you.

A.You can draft your resignation letter and get that vetted by someone or if you need a lawyer to review that then that can also be done.
