Im in Thanjavur here bajaj finance collector! Doing harassment to us... We done all that perfectly but while there are giving threaten to me and family... Kindly report this to looking forward of your further action.

You should take the legal course by filing a complaint with the police commissioner and Income Tax department for the lenders. Look into the matter, if there are any tax and other monetary liability from your side it is advisable to solve it.

A.Report the matter to police. Lender or its henchmen cannot harass in such way.

A.They can send letter or demand notice but they cannot threaten as threatening will be illegal and criminal offence. If they continue to do so then lodge a police complain against them.
