What action can be taken against Illegal Termination?
I have been hired by a company on 31st Aug 2020 on contract to hire basis where they have mentioned that I will be a permanent employee of their company and they will deploy me at their client site. Where I will work as a contract employee, But I will be a permanent employee of my hired company. Recently the company where I was deployed asked me to serve a notice period because the project is getting over. As soon as I got this news I informed my parent company that they have asked to serve a notice period. I was shocked to see that the next day my parent send an email saying the "your employment with our client getting over so as with us". I don't know what to do. Even being the permanent employee they just kicked me out. Can anyone help with this. I would appreciate that.
A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and also approach office of Labor Commissioner under Section 12 of Industrial Dispute Act. Such office has vast powers to mediate the matter and settle amicably. You can also approach Civil Court for wrongful termination claiming compensation.
A.Hello
First you need to confirm that your are a permanent employee of the company. Then you can initiate with taking a legal action against the company for illegal termination from employment. But before initiating make sure that your are a permanent employee of the company or not.
Thanks

If you are a permanent employee then you could initiate a civil suit against your parent company for illegal termination. Also go through the term and conditions of the employment and check all the clauses regarding termination of employee for a better understanding. Also contact a civil lawyer to initiate the suit.
Thanks.
First go through the employment offer letter thoroughly and check all the clauses and then hire a good civil lawyer to fight your case.
You may start with sending them a strong legal notice through a lawyer.
