I approached advocate for divorce from my husband and need compensation for money spent for marriage and asked to getback my airtical back but advocate agreed n got sign from me for divorce petition and rs.5000 fees then he refusing saying he cannonlh get divorce paper can't demand anything from my husband as he replied for legal notice that he spent around 30lacks pls help me what I should do..I'm from poor family background but after marriage my husband and his mother abused me for family status please someone help I'm looking hope to live

A.You are suffrer.
To get compensation from your huaband is not an easy task. You have to be strong and you will have to fight against him.
For that you need to file number of cases to pressurize him. Fisrt of all you must file a complaint before police to lodge a FIR against him and his family members for causing cruelty on account of demand of dowry etc.
Thereafter file a petition u/s 125 CrPC claiming maintenance from him.
Also file a complaint of DV Act before concerned court against your husband and his family members.
