Question regarding RERA complaint and Possession

Hello,
I have filed the RERA complaint one year back(Jun 2020) but no hearing scheduled yet.
Now builder is asking to take possession by paying the last due amount.
My question is:
If I take possession by paying the due amount will that affect my RERA complaint for compensation(its already late more than 2 years from agreement date now)?
A.When you have filed a case for getting a relief of possession and if you accept that possession then you loose the cause of action in the court of law and your case might get dismissed. You have to think about it.

A.Hi,
If the project is under RERA you can file a complaint even after registration of the sale deed. Yes, you can file a complaint against the builder even after taking possession and claim compensation for the delay in the project that has been made by the builder.

A.Hi,
Yes, if you take the possession now, it will adversely impact your compensation claim in RERA. Only take possession, after due compensation has been paid to you.

A.Bilkul aap ki application parbhavit hogi kyonki possession ke liye hi aap ne application di hogi. Isliye jab aap builders se possession le loge tab aap ki application apne aap hi mahatavhin ho jaigi.
.kyonki jo aap ki problems hai vah to possession lete hi nivaranh ho jaiga.
