A.Hi,
If you are unhappy with your insurance company then you can approach the Grievance Redressal Officer of its branch or any other office that you deal with. The insurance company should resolve your complaint within a reasonable time. In case if it is not resolved within 15 days or if you are unhappy with their resolution you can approach the Grievance Redressal Cell of the Consumer Affairs Department of IRDAI.
If you find my answer helpful then kindly rate me.

A.Hi,
Best course of action would be to file a police complaint, and they will investigate the matter. You can also inform the insurance company that the policy was sold to you fraudulently.

A.If you are saying its a fraud policy then you will have to prove that that fraud was committed and if you have any valid proof then lodge a police complaint if not then you will have to bear with this investment and just go ahead with this. You can stop further paying the premium and get it liquidated.

A.Aap police me complaint kare. Or jis bank ki policy aap ko di gai hai usko legal notice bheje. Kuch nhi hota hai tab aap court se bhi criminal proceedings kar sakte hai or consumer forum me bhi case file kar sakte hai.
