changing DOB in ssc certificate

hello.
i passed 10th class in 2006, and my DOB in that was 18-04-1991. and my original DOB was 18-04-1993. i realized am loosing more by 2 Years of difference. i dont have any birth certificate from municipal corporation and i need. if i want to take birth certificate , again i have to give old ssc certificate where dob is wrong. i was 13 years old when am in 10 th class so my parents gave a wrong dob in scholl for 15 years to complete 10th class. is there any rule like u have to be 15 yrs to complete 10th class. am from andhra pradesh and i completed my scc in andhrapradesh board. approximately how much time it takes to get new certificate to my hand. it will be help ful if any one suggest further course.

There is no rule of age for passing 10th class examination.
But now you only can get change the DOB mentioned in 10th certificate if you have birth certificate with you.
For this you will have to approach civil court for declaration and mandatory injunction.
