What documents required during probate of will?

Our property is divided as per registered will of my mother, after her demise amongst 2 brothers and three sisters and mutation done in respective names. What other papers will be required apart from chain of ownership, at time of selling/obtaining loan against property from banks, like RD or getting Will probate.. Etc.
What is best option and least expensive?

The documents require for probate application form are: The original will, death certificate and codicils. Two copies will be required of will. other inheritance tax form is required.

A.Until and unless your mother's Will is duly probated from the competent Court of Law,it has no legal validity. In absence of probate of Will,the property of your mother has devolved upon all her children,each having equal share therein.

The documents you need to send with your Probate application form are:
The original Will and any codicils. Codicils are small additions to a Will.
Two copies of the Will and any codicils on plain A4.
The death certificate or an interim one.
The correct Inheritance Tax Form, whether Inheritance Tax is payable.
