A.Dear Sir, Such dispute / Grievance will be called as Public Interest Dispute. You may file PIL (Public Interest Litigation) Petition before High Court to form high level committee to investigate and submit a report in respect of your alleged allegations.

A.Hi,
A Public Interest Litigation can be filed only against a State / Central Govt., Municipal Authorities, and not any private party. However "Private party" can be included in the Public Interest Litigation as "Respondent", after making concerned state authority, a party.

A.Hi,
Any Indian citizen can file a PIL, the only condition being that it should not be filed with private interest, but in the larger public interest. At times, even the Court can take cognizance of a matter if it is one of utmost public importance, and appoint an advocate to handle the case. You may either file a writ before the HC under Art. 226 or before the SC under Art. 32.

A.If you have a good cause of action against the company then you can file a case.
Please understand that there is a concept in law called "Locus standi" - meaning point to stand. It means that what is your stand as a litigant or petitioner in a court and why your case should be allowed to be heard. So, any one can file a case against any other person or organization if the following elements are present;
-a legal person to be sued
- place to be sued (jurisdiction)
- cause of action (reason for case)
- person who is suing should have reason to sue (locus standi)
-relief sought must be reasonable
If you have all these then you can go ahead and file the case against the company
