A.If you are ready and have always been willing to perform your part of the contract as specified in that registered Sale Agreement, then it is necessary on your part to give Legal Notice to that Seller seeking performance of his contractual obligation as specified in the registered Sale Agreement executed by and between the parties and in default file the Suit for Specific Performance of that registered Sale Agreement praying for issuance of an Order requiring the Seller to execute the registered Sale Deed in your favour and to specifically perform according to the terms of that registered Sale Agreement.

A.Hi,
If you've completed your portion of the recompense, the other party is obligated to follow suit. If he does not perform his side of the deal, you can serve him with a legal notice demanding that he do so.
Thank you very much. Kindly rate the answer

A.Hi,
If you have done your part of the compensation then the other party is bound to do the same. If he does not fulfill you can give him a legal notice asking to fulfill his part of the contract.
Thank you.
