Partition deed property under 22A Partition deed property under 22A

Respected Sir,
In 2011 we suddenly lost our grandmother, she haven't executed any will deed.. everyone suggested us to go for Partition. Here's my issue we went through all her assets & found an issue with one property which is under 22A SRO refused to do registration.. mean while many document writers are suggesting us to just exclude that one property and more forward with Partition deed after this property issues resolves then again we execute one more Partition deed..mean while some are intimating that partition deed to be consider only once.. if it done twice means there no use & no power of doing 1-2 Partition deeds... Some another suggested us to replace the survey number with any other survey number when this 22A issues once resolved means again you people can go for rectification deed of Partition deed.. so I request you kindly suggest me.. thank you..

A.Hi,
Your query about the property's current condition is unclear. If you wish to proceed with the partition, you should discuss all of the members before reaching a final decision, and then hire a lawyer to prepare a partition suit and register it.
Thank you very much. Please give the answer a rating.

A.Hi,
Your question relating to the status of the property is not clear. If you want to move on with the partition it is best to consult all the members before making a final decision and consult a lawyer who would draft a partition suit and then register it likewise.
Thank you. kindly rate the asnwer

A.Dear Sir,
First go for partition except that property as suggested. Thereafter approach Civil Court and get some relief in respect of such property either to enjoy jointly or it may be given to one of the co-sharer and he may reimburse the price to others.
