Sir mujhe bhi call aayi thi aur 600 forms 7 days mein fill karne ka target diya jab target achieve nahi hua to kehte hai ki company ka kharcha hua hai ab tum wo sara pay karoge nahi karoge to Aapko leagle notice bhejunga aur case karunga batao sir mai kya karu ?

You can directly approach the police and file an FIR against your employers since no company charges their employees money for relapsing in their work. Specifically you can file a complaint u/S 415 for fraud and u/S 409 for breach of trust.

A.Hi,
These kinds of fraud date entry companies are quite rampant in our country and they try to lure individuals on the false pretext of employment. You don't need to pay any heed to them. You may simply file a police complaint against them u/S 415 IPC for cheating.

A.Data Entry fraud से कैसे बचे जानिये। सबसे पहल जब भी ऐसे किसी भी कंपनी से कॉल आये तोह स्वीकार न करे। काम लेने से पहले कंपनी के बारे में पूरी जानकारी इकठा करले की कंपनी सही है की नहीं। कंपनी का GST , PAN , CIN सब check कर ले और उसके बाद ही काम ले वरना न ले।
अगर कंपनी वाली आपको परेशान करते है या धमकी देते है तोह पुलिस को शिकायत करें मगर पैसे कभी भी न दे।
