A.Aap unke khilaf police me complaint file kar sakte hai. Aap apne documents ko prapt karne ke liye district magistrate ke yah par ek application de ki vipakshi ke pass mere importance documents hai jinko unhone bina kisi karan ke apne possession me liye hue hai jabki aisa karne ka usko koi adhikar nhi. And vo paper ko dene ke liye money ki demand kar raha.
Agar aap ki problems ka koi solution nhi hota hai tab aap court ki help le sakte hai.

A.File an FIR against the agent because what he's doing is extortion which is punishable under Indian Penal Code. Thank you.

A.Hi,
You can call the Overseas Workers Resource Centre (OWRC) or approach one of the Migrant Resource Centres for assistance. As per current guidelines issued by the Protector General of Emigrants (PGE), service charges of Recruiting Agents cannot be more than Rs. 20,000 per emigrant. Do not deal with unregistered recruiting agents. This can be verified by asking for the License Number of the agent and noting it down for verification.
