Sbi credit card legal department person abuse me on whasaap messege he called me (chor and anpad)

Respect sir,
Myself kunal shedge i use sbi credit card for last 2yr, my outstanding is pending due to the lockdown for last 18months i lost my job and searching for new i am not yet getting new one, last weak i lost my grandmother due to covid, yesterday from sbi credit card legal team Mr Rohit Joshi messenge me for payment, i told him about my problem he was not listing me and gave me warning to face court and also abuse me he called me (chor and anpad) i these way the talk to customer, am i looking you chor..okay fine i am chor i accept it, then why you given you credit card to such a person who is chor.
Sir, please help me and show me the right way to get out of these soon

You can file a criminal defamation complaint against the individual who slandered your name. In Indian law, criminal defamation is specifically defined as a crime under section 499 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). It is strongly suggested that you settle your due balance before charging the individual.

You may get issue a legal notice forward by a civil and defamation case and teach him a lesson. It has become a fashion for such people to abuse borrowers without any reason and cause without going to the Courts and Arbitrators for recovery.
