notice period
Hi, I have joined my workplace 8 years back when there was a notice period of 3 months for resignation. In between company send a circular stating that notice period for all employees is 1 month. Can i get 3 months notice as per appointment or one month? Company is forcing us to resign now with one month salary.

A.Hello, the company's latest circular will be regarded a legitimate factor, and one month's notice will be considered the resignation term. However, keep in mind that no employer may fire you without providing you adequate notice and a legitimate cause.

A.Hi,
the recent circular of the company will be considered to be a valid consideration and one month's notice will be considered to be the time period for resignation. However, remember no employer can strip you off your employment without giving due notice and a valid reason.

A.Dear Sir,
Always recent circular will hold good. However, you are not suppose to resign if you are not willing. Approach office of Labor Commissioner under Section 12 of Industrial Disputes Act.
