A.Yes you can get it Notarized from another State of India by producing your original identification documents but I would advise you to get it notarized from a Notary having license of Govt of India which means such Notary can Notarise the document any part of the Country and it will be valid in whole of India. Whereas Notary who is having license for that particular State can only Notarize the document in that State, anyhow as a whole there should not be any problem as affirmation by Notary at any place is admitted as valid for most of the bonafide related purposes. Thank you.

A.If that Affidavit is required to be used in Kerala then it is either to be notarized or to be sworn before the first class Magistrate in Kerala, however,if that Affidavit is required to be used in Karnataka then it has to be notarized therein.

A.Hi,
An affidavit can be notarized in any state within the territory of India. The affidavit would be valid and acceptable in any state in India. However, care must be taken during stamping the affidavit, as each state has different stamp duty, therefore care must be taken to avoid understamping of affidavit.
