Under section 13(1)(iii) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the grounds are:

A.Unsoundness of mind has to be of a certain degree to become a ground for divorce. Consult with medical certificates for correct opinion as unsoundness of mind as per you may or may notnot be of a certain degree as required by law, which has to be determined on the basis of medical records only.court will also refer the spouse stated to be of unsound mind for medical checkup and only after proper and undisputed medical opinion, court will accept ground of unsoundness of mind.
