How to get compensation for the land declared as dray waste land by government? How to get compensation for the land declared as dray waste land by government?

We purchased land in dinadevarapadu village Kurnool of 2.80 acre by sale deed in 2005 by registering it .but Government declared as dotted land and kept it as assessed waste dry (AWS) after nine months from our registration.our names entered in revenue records in adangal pahani .but we don't recived any compensation from government before declaring it assessed waste dry land .but the government gave anubandham in the land to others and the panchyat secretary of adjacent village (B . Trandrapadu village ) have housing approval but the land is not in his limits . My question is can village panchayat secretary or vro grant permission to construct a house in the land which as per survey numbers comes under its adjacent village. Why our land declared as assessed dry waste land after our registration and even though we had adangal pahani?

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach Higher Authorities and get appropriate orders to remove the word "Dry Waste Land". If such authority failed to pass orders in your favour then approach High Court and get appropriate orders.

A.Hello
If the land has been declared as assessed dry waste land then there are very chances that Panchayat could do anything in that. The sale deed is also not valid if the said land was declared as assessed waste land by the government and as per the rvenune board. But if it is converted to assessed waste land then you could ask compensation from the government. If not then have a right to file a writ petition in the court.
Thanks.

A.Hello
First check the government records and check whether the land was declared as assessed waste land after your purchase or before your purchase. If it was before your purchase then the sale deed is invalid and you cannot ask any compensation. But if it was declared after your purchase then you could ask for compensation from the government. And if they deny then you could file a writ petition in the high court.
Thanks

A.Write a letter to the BDO/Panchayat asking them to release compensation for declaring your privately owned land as dry waste land. If they don't respond to your letter then get in touch with a good High Court Lawyer and file a writ petition to seek compensation against this.
