A.Dear Sir,
You may try it but your service will be in danger. You may receive show cause notices on false allegations. You mus twice before raising such issues with your department and employer. You may wait for some more time or just file polite representations.

PLEASE GIVE ME RATING AS RANK 5

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
You can claim from the department but first, you need to approach your departmental authorities about the issue through a written application and let them know your side of the story. If nothing works you can send a notice to the department and file a petition under the consultancy of your legal representatives.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
You should bring this issue to the notice of your departmental authorities and if you receive a non-co-operative response then definitely seek a legal representative for further court proceedings. Make sure you have all the required documents and while approaching the department always prefer a written application as it is easy to maintain the record of your attempts in resolving the issue.
