Printing tshirt with lyrics or pictures of international artists doesn't necessarily attract requirement for copyright. You could print t shirt with what ever you feel like. Just make sure that you have different logo for your company if you are supplying in national Market.

If your market is within your City then you need not to take. But, you wish to sell outside the Country or outside the State in bulk quantities say more than 1000 pieces in a lot then you have to get such copyright.
