How to make OBC certificate from West Bengal

I am unable to make my OBC certificate as reference of OBC from West Bengal from paternal side is not available. My father has OBC from Bihar. The officials are not accepting it.

A.Dekhiye har state ka apna ek law hota hai. Pta nhi agar aap bihar me obc hai tab aap kya bangal government aap ko obc manti hai ya nhi.
Cast certificate banane ke liye kuch rules hote hai kya aap ke dawara unko palan kiya gya hai ya nhi.
Bangal government dwara dusre state ke nivashiyo ke liye kitna time fix kiya hai.jo government dawra fix kiya gya hai kya aap uske antargat aate hai.
Ye sab baate hai agar aap ke dawara puri ki gai hai tab aap high court me writ file kare ki government ko order kiya jae ki vah mera obc ka certificate banakar jaari kare.

There are reserved caste certificate of two types one is issued by centre and the other one is issued by the centre. In order to get it from state check all the prerequisites conditions and then apply. Or you could make the OBC certificate from centre.

In order get obc certificate you have two options either to have a obc certificate for whole of India or for the particular state. In your case it would be suggested to get a Reserved caste certificate from of centre which is applicable in whole of India.

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach High Court if your father resided in West Bengal for minimum period as may be fixed by the State Government. The High Court may in turn look into all the relevant circulars and issue a direction in your favour.

A.Have you applied before Backward Classes Welfare Department of the Government of West Bengal? Please take note that in that Form there is provision for the Applicant whose family has migrated from other State or Country.
