मेरे भाई ने ZESTMONEY से 1 वर्ष के लिए 28 हजार का ऋण लिया था जिसका 4 या 5 EMI का भुगतान भी कर दिया गया है पर दुर्भाग्य से मेरे भाई की मृत्यु हो गई है 10 मई 2021 कोविड 19 की वजह से अब कंपनी वाले बार बार फोन करके परेशान कर रहे हैं और कानूनी कार्रवाई करने की धमकी दे रहे हैं हम एक बहुत मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार से है हम अब मेरे अलावा घर में कोई कमाने वाला नही है हम पहले से ही कर्जदार हो चुके हैं अस्पताल के खर्चों से इस समय परिवार बहुत कठिन परिस्थिति से गुजर रहा है आर्थिक व मानसिक रूप से बहुत परेशान हैं क्या हमारी कोई मदद कर सकता है ZESTMONEY को नोटिस भेजने के लिए की हम ये लोन नहीं चुका सकते हमारा कोई उत्तरदायित्व नही है

A.Since the loan was taken by your brother and not you or your family so your are not responsible to repay the loan as per the law. If they call and harass you lodge a police complain against them for harassment.

ऋण आपके भाई ने लिया था आपने नहीं इसके लिए आपको ऋण चुकाने की ज़रुरत नहीं नहीं है। आपके भाई के मौत के साथ ऋण भी समाप्त हो गया है और वो कंपनी आपसे पैसे नहीं मांग सकती कानूनन तौर पे। अगर वोलोग फ़ोन करके परेशान करे तो आप पुलिस में शिकायत करें।

A.Dear Sir,
It seems to be purely personal loan and it will be waived off and cannot be recovered if the loanee is dead. It is a unsecured loan and it was disbursed without any security and his legal heirs are not liable to repay the said loan.
