Compassionate ground appointment in central government bank Compassionate ground appointment in central government bank

My father who was an employee of PNB died in 2007 but my mother was not appointed or given a job even though the family was in financial crisis. Me and my brother were minors at the time. Can we still file a case to be appointed on compassionate ground as we are still in financial distress and all of us are unemployed at the moment.

A.Dear client,
If your father died on duty then you people can get job on compassionate grounds. But you did not mention on what grounds your mother didn't got job on that period. How ever you can approach Highcourt by filing petition through Advocate you may get relief.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
Appointment based on compassionate grounds is always subjected to eligibility criteria therefore have a word with PNB authorities regarding it and narrate your whole scenario to them. Despite this effort, if there is no positive answer from them, then you can file a petition in the competent court.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
You should approach PNB authorities and try to seek help from there narrating your current situation. If it doesn't work then with the help of your legal representative you can go to the competent court and file a petition on compassionate ground. Appointment based on the compassionate ground again is subjected to the eligibility of the candidate so you should look into this criteria as well.

A.Yes you can get in touch with a senior lawyer and discuss your case before filing case. If you have substance in your case like your father died while on duty then your mother should have got a job on compassionate ground. Then you can file a case in directly in High court seeking an order to get a job in PNB. Did you ever try to get in touch with PNB? What did they say?

A.Dear Sir,
Why such job was not given to your mother is not explained. Anyway it is a matter of sympathy and mercy and if you go to the High Court through senior counsel then you may get some relief since you were minors at that time.
