Flipkart flips between cancel and return order and keeps the item with itself.

I ordered an induction which was damaged completely, called to replace Nd it was done. The pickup person comes at my door the next day saying tht it was a return, nd not a replacement. I wz lyk ok. After 2-3 days, there comes another person along with the replaced induction saying tht he came to replace the induction. I said it was a return earlier Nd I hv given my induction already. He left nd cancelled the replacement request. Now. I'm constantly trying to get in touch with customer service. Nobody responds, nobody knows whts hppng. They're all lyk I've cancelled return whereas the money Nd induction is still with them. I need to file a case on Flipkart bcz it's heights nw.

You can get issue a legal notice and then approach a consumer court. Definitely it will be ended in compromise. they will come to settlement once you approach the Consumer Court. Also threaten to approach
social net work.

Firstly make sure you are connecting to authenticate customer care numbers later try to connect them through their social media. This is not the most effective way but sometimes they do respond on these platforms. If nothing works you can always approach consumer forums and file your complaint.

Please try to connect to their authenticate customer care on the other hand you can write a mail or connect them through their social networking sites. This is not the most effective remedy but sometimes it is helpful so you may give it a try. If not then straight approach consumer commission with your written complaint at the earliest.

A.You should get in touch with a consumer expert lawyer and file a case against flipkart in a consumer forum/commission for the wrongful act and seek to get the induction as well as some amount of compensation for troubling you and they should also be punished by paying a penalty for unfair trade practice.
