A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and file a money recovery suit. Thus you can recover your amount. But you must have some documents having transferred the amount or promissory note etc.,

A.Koi bhi loan dene ke liye bank Gartner mangta hai. Garnter is liye manga jaata hai ki yadi loan lene wala kist nhi deta hai tab garnter ki duty hoti hai ki vah loan ko de. Isliye aap ke pass koi vikalp nhi hai. Aap ko ya aap ke friend ko loan to dena hoga. Varna bank aap or aap ke dost ke khilaf recovery jaari kar sakta hai. Or recovery ke liye court me case file kar sakte hai.
Isliye aap apne dost ko boliye ki vah kist ada kare varna ye loan aap ko dena hoga.

A.If you have signed on the papers of bank as borrower than bank will have to recover it from you. Better repay the EMI on time anyhow. Else if you have given the amount to your friend without any written agreement or taking anything as guarantee from him than you will have no option except to ask him to repay the money on time during first few days say a month so that things remain peaceful even though if you have transferred money to him through bank instruments or online mode than you can think of giving him legal notice to that effect and later if he doesn't reply or comply with your terms in 15 days or so you can file a money recovery suit against him in the Court of law. Hence take your call. Thank you.
If you have found the answer helpful than please provide review and give***** as appreciation.

A.Hi,
You have to pay the emi if your friend doesn't pay. Your friend has no responsibility to pay the emi in the eyes of law but it is your liability. You can consult a lawyer for a legal move.
Thank You

A.Hi,
It is your responsibility to pay the emi for the loan which you have taken. In the eyes of law, you have the complete responsibility to pay back the loan as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement.
