Blackmailing job consultancy service provider

My education certificates for given for verification purpose in job consultancy, but after verification they are not giving back, they asking money for give back my certificates
A.Dear Sir,
You may lodge complaint with Police or approach High Court for issuing appropriate directions to concerned higher Police officers to conduct raid on such consultancy premises and book a criminal case for blackmailing the youth.

A.You can do two things;
1. Send them a legal notice followed by filing a consumer case on them for deficiency of services
2. Lodge a complain to police for fraud and cheating get them punished for the wrong doing.

You don't need to pay money for getting back your documents. If your documents have been fraudulently confiscated then you can approach the police station and file a complaint.
